These policies are designed to ensure compliance with all requirements and to protect the interests of both our company and our customers.

2. Relationship with Bahrain International Circuit (BIC)

Zoom Bahrain operates under a Reseller Network Agreement with BIC, which governs all aspects of our ticket resale activities. This agreement outlines our obligations regarding ticket pricing, sales methods, reporting requirements, and customer service standards. As a licensed reseller, we are bound by BIC's General Admission Conditions and must comply with any changes they implement. Customers should be aware that BIC retains ultimate authority over ticketing policies, and any disputes related to ticket validity or event access should be directed to BIC.

3. Ticket Sales Policies

3.1 Retail Sales

All tickets resold through Zoom Bahrain are offered at the Face Value established by BIC. This pricing structure ensures fairness and prevents scalping practices that could negatively impact fans. The Face Value includes all applicable taxes and fees as determined by BIC and Bahraini law. Customers purchasing tickets through our platform will receive confirmation emails detailing their purchase, including ticket quantities, event dates, and seating locations.

3.2 Sales Channels

Tickets are available through multiple convenient channels:

  • Online Platform: Our website (zoombahrain.com) features an intuitive interface for browsing available events, selecting tickets, and completing purchases securely.
  • Email Sales: Customers may contact our sales team directly at operations@zoombahrain.co to inquire about specific events or arrange bulk purchases.
  • Telephone Orders: Our customer service team is available at +973 38814222 to assist with ticket purchases and answer questions about event details.
  • Physical Outlets: We maintain several retail locations throughout Bahrain where customers can purchase tickets in person.
  • Parking: Parking passes are provided based on a ratio of 3 tickets to 1 parking pass. For every 3 tickets purchased or requested, 1 parking pass will be issued.

4. Merchandise Sales Policies

Our merchandise offerings include official F1-branded products, souvenirs, and event-related merchandise. All items are procured through authorized channels and are subject to applicable intellectual property laws. Customers should note that merchandise sales are final unless items are defective or damaged during shipping.

5. Age Restrictions and Family Policies

  • Children under 3 years of age may attend events without a ticket but will not be provided seating.
  • Children aged 3-12 require special tickets priced at 50% of adult ticket prices for most events, though specific pricing may vary depending on BIC's discretion for particular events.
  • Valid identification may be required for children attending events to verify age eligibility.

6. Hotel Booking Policies

6.1 Hotel Reservations

  • Hotel bookings are processed through our platform, and availability is subject to real-time updates from hotel partners.
  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on demand, special offers, and hotel policies.
  • Customers must adhere to the check-in and check-out policies of the respective hotels.
  • The Hotel shall provide breakfast inclusive with the accommodation, which shall be made available to all customers who book through Zoom Consultancy's platform.
  • The Hotel shall provide airport transfer services to customers, including pick-up from and drop-off to the airport, in a timely and professional manner. However, this service is available only to guests who book a minimum stay of three nights.
  • In the case of a group booking confirmed for 20 persons or more, the Hotel shall provide transportation to and from the Bahrain International Circuit for the F1 race. The transport will be organized at a fixed pick-up and drop-off time for the entire group and not individually, ensuring timely and efficient service.

6.2 Cancellation & Refunds for Hotel Bookings

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All hotel bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be allowed.
  • 100% Charge on Cancellation: If a customer cancels a booking or fails to check in, the hotel will charge the full booking amount with no refunds.
  • No Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including changes in travel plans, no-shows, or unforeseen events. Customers are advised to review all booking details before confirming.

6.3 No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged with no refund.
  • Early departures or unused nights will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

7. Delivery Policies

7.1 Ticket Delivery

  • Digital Delivery: The majority of tickets are delivered electronically via email within 3 business days of purchase confirmation. These tickets can be downloaded, printed, or displayed on mobile devices for entry.
  • Physical Delivery: For customers requesting paper tickets, we offer postal delivery with tracking information provided. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Bahrain and 7-10 business days internationally.
  • In-Person Collection: Tickets may be collected from BIC designated outlets upon presentation of valid identification and proof of purchase.

7.2 Merchandise Delivery

  • Local Shipping: Within Bahrain, standard shipping takes 2-3 business days with tracking information provided via email. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and dimensions.
  • International Shipping: International orders typically take 10-14 business days to arrive, though customs processing times may extend this period. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

8. Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

8.1 Ticket Refunds

  • Event Cancellation: If BIC cancels an event, customers will be eligible for full refunds of their ticket purchases. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement and will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. No refunds will be provided for change-of-mind or other customer-initiated reasons, except where required by law.
  • Refund Process: In the event of an eligible refund (e.g., event cancellation), customers must contact our customer service team with their order number, ticket details, and reason for refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

8.2 Merchandise Returns

  • Eligibility: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Process: Customers must first obtain a return authorization number by contacting our customer service team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
  • Refund Timeline: Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

8.3 Cancellation by Customer

  • Ticket Cancellations: Ticket purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once completed. Customers are encouraged to review all event details carefully before purchasing. No exceptions will be made unless the event is canceled by BIC (see Section 8.1).
  • Merchandise Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Customers must contact our team immediately upon deciding to cancel.

8.4 Cancellation by Zoom Bahrain

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Tickets become unavailable due to BIC policy changes or event modifications
  • Merchandise becomes unavailable due to supplier issues or manufacturing delays
  • Fraudulent activity is detected in the transaction
  • Payment cannot be verified or processed successfully

9. Advertising and Promotion Standards

All advertising materials and promotional campaigns must be submitted to BIC and our hotel partners for approval prior to publication. This includes digital advertisements, print materials, email campaigns, and social media content. We are required to maintain professional standards in all marketing efforts and must accurately represent ticket prices, event details, and our relationship with BIC and our hotel partners.

10. Records and Compliance

Zoom Bahrain maintains comprehensive records of all transactions for a minimum of 5 years as required by our agreements. These records include sales details, customer information, correspondence, and financial documentation. Representatives from BIC and our hotel partners may conduct audits of these records to ensure compliance with agreed-upon policies and procedures.

11. Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or BIC-imposed restrictions), Zoom Bahrain shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill orders. Customers will be notified promptly of such circumstances, and we will work to find acceptable solutions when possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zoom Bahrain's liability to customers is limited to the amount paid for tickets, merchandise, or hotel bookings. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or attendance at events.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These policies are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these policies or transactions conducted through our platform shall be resolved through the Bahraini court system. We encourage customers to attempt informal resolution through our customer service team before pursuing legal action.

Hotel Partners: Accommodation providers partnered with Zoom Bahrain for F1 promotions
